I have been with them since 6 months, and they are outstanding. I have even decided to move my Yahoo! Store over to HostGator because they are so good. If you are wondering about moving to HostGator, go to the website and see how quickly you can find and get technical support. Thay speaks volumes about the company.
I was having trouble with canonical domains and 301 redirects, and I tried everything to get it working. I opened a chat session and started chatting about the issue with a customer support specialist. He took a look at everything and spent about 5 minutes troubleshooting before remedying the situation. He was technically competent, and thought to look at issues that I hadn’t. There is always someone competent available to help out, and that is why their support is so great.
I rarely agree with enthusiastic reviews like this one, but here I just have to. HostGator.com has done an amazing job for the last several months. Even if something broke down, all it took was one phone call and everything was in order again. I wholeheartedly recommend HostGator for alln your hosting needs
